AC Hotel Manchester Salford Quays

We truly enjoyed our stay here, it suited all of our needs - it's very clean, quiet and has a gym that is well equipped for a hotel gym. The breakfast was amazing, it's inexpensive and has many healthy options.

ue to my work schedule I often stay in hotels during the week up and down the country. First time staying at AC Hotel Manchester and is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in the region, in relation to hospitality and customer care. Exceptional staff in all areas, great food & very clean throughout the hotel. I highly recommend!! Special thank you to Meesha who did a great job in making my stay very pleasant and always there to help.

Staff excellent. Location excellent. On site parking priced at £14 per night. Restaurant offers good food at standard hotel prices. Free wifi. Beds were too soft for me and there was lots of traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel. That said, I would definitely stay again as the rest of the facilities were great, but would request a room at the back.

Great hotel in Salford Quays. I’ve stayed many times there and keep coming. The rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh tasty breakfast served every morning. Located 2 minutes walk from the tram station (20 min to Manchester City centre). All the hotel staff is competent and helpful specially the Reception staff were superb! Urlanda & Roberta showed high levels of hospitality, always smiling, professional went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Marriott AC Hotel. The food was fresh and well presented, but what made it truly special was the service. Siraj and Meesha were both outstanding — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. They made sure we had everything we needed and added such a warm touch to the morning. Their hospitality really stood out and made our visit memorable.

What I loved most about this hotel is its fantastic location—there’s a convenience store right to the left of the hotel, a Tesco to the right, and directly across the street you’ll find Starbucks and McDonald’s. Everything is incredibly convenient! The room was comfortable with a perfect size—not too big and not too small. For those traveling on a group tour, the coach can easily drop off and pick up passengers at the side/rear of the hotel. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely hotel and staff are the best I've met, genuinely friendly and attentive. I was only here for 5 days doing a course in one of the meeting rooms, but will definitely stay here when I return to visit Manchester rather than stay anywhere else. The food is delicious and so elegantly presented, and the hotel is extremely clean and well kept, and any mess guests make is swiftly cleaned up. I cannot fault this hotel on any level, I felt so welcome and at ease, and genuinely cared for. Thank you to All of the staff, you do an amazing job!

Staff were lovely on check in and check out. Rooms are nicely decorated with a modern vibe, really clean and tidy. Breakfast didn’t have many veggie options but sufficed, I’d give the breakfast a 6/10. Beds were so comfortable and I had a great sleep with no noise disturbance. Plenty of parking spaces even during the Christmas period.
